General terms

a. The minimum bet amount for all bet types except Jackpot 9 and Pick 8 is
2 Euro and the Betting Unit is 1 Euro, i.e. a punter can bet 1 Euro,
2 Euro, 3 Euro, 4 Euro etc. For Jackpot 9 the minimum bet
amount and the betting unit is 0.50 Euro, i.e. a punter can bet 0.50 Euro, 1
Euro, 1.50 Euro etc. For Pick 8 the minimum bet amount and the betting unit is
1 Euro, i.e. the punter can bet 1 Euro, 2 Euro, 3 Euro etc. For Tetracast, the
minimum bet amount can be reduced to 1 Euro if the bet includes at least 4
combinations.

b. The minimum dividend for all bet types except Jackpot
9 is 1 Euro per Betting Unit. |

c. Beeting tickets on cancelled races or races that are
rescheduled are refunded. |

Payment of bets

The winning bets for local horse races will be paid according to the finishing
order of the horses following the decision of the Racing Stewards. In the event
of an objection against the finishing order, the decision of the Racing
Stewards will be final as far as the payment of the winning bets is concerned.
If later on the Turf Club overrules the Racing Stewards' decision, this has no
effect to the payment of the winning bets.
The winning bets for international horse races held in South Africa, United Arab
Emirates, Singapore and Zimbabwe will be paid according to the final dividends
as calculated and declared by Phumelela Gaming Leisure Ltd.
The winning bets for international horse races held in the United Kingdom and
Ireland will be paid according to the final dividends as calculated and
declared by UK Tote and Irish Tote respectively as regards bets placed in
Cyprus.
The winning bets for International horse races held in France and Germany will
be paid according to the final dividents as calculated and declared by the PMU
and German Tote respectively.

Cashing of winning tickets

The Nicosia race Club has no obligation to cash a winning ticket
unless this ticket is presented intact for cashing before the deadline
explained below.

Lost, torn or disfigured tickets cannot be cashed. The winning
tickets can be cashed for a period of 15 days from the day of the Race
Performance at the approved premises of the authorized agents of the Club where
the tickets were issued or at the Racetrack accordingly. After this period the
winning tickets are no longer valid.

Participation in wagering

The participation in wagering of anybody in anyway and for any
reason requires the full acceptance of all the rules and regulations of the
Club as far as the racing bets are concerned.

Insufficient number of finishers |

In the case that there is an insufficient number of finishers for any bet type, then the net pool of this bet type is carried over to the next race in which this bet is valid |
